After completing a Bachelor of Health Science majoring in Health Promotion at Flinders University, Kai decided she wanted to be at the forefront of the battle for people’s health and self-advocacy. This is when she completed her training to become an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Prior to this Kai volunteered in the disability sector in Myanmar running workshops for parents and educators of the Down Syndrome Association, she has also run health and wellness workshops at a number of schools across South Australia. Kai currently works in the disability sector in Adelaide as a Support Worker.

Kai has had a passion for health and wellness from a young age and has lived with many health problems herself. Kai understands the importance of taking a multifaceted approach with each client as health problems can be extremely complex with no single solution.
