What to expect?
Path to Flourishing is an open space to all people, especially those who are struggling with chronic health problems that impact everyday life. This is not a space for fad diets or quick ‘fixes’; it is a space for long-term, sustainable changes to your health and wellbeing.
At Path to Flourishing we take the time to unpack your health challenges and health goals. We work on implementing achievable lifestyle changes to support your journey, while acknowledging that failure is a natural part of progress and all feed into the natural eb and flow of life.
Path to Flourishing’s founder Kai’s lived experience with a range of chronic health problems means that she understands the value of taking a client-centred approach. She tailors her approach to treatment and knows that what may work for one client may not work for another. Your Path to Flourishing is a journey of figuring out what does work and what doesn’t for you, and this is always a key consideration when creating your program and action steps.
Kai will be your health coach for a one, three, or six month program that will provide a space for you to explore your own health priorities and identify action steps to achieving them. These sessions are accessible to anyone, for any goal you have, however, Kai’s particular areas of experience include:
